Plants vs Zombies invading New York City
For fans of Plants vs Zombies who live in NYC, listen up as this Halloween the Village Halloween Parade is going to be a lot more interesting! Popcap games is going to be an official sponsor of the parade this year, and not content with just their name posted everywhere, they’re planning on organizing a PvZ troupe to march in the parade and are calling out to all PvZ fans to come dressed as their favorite zombie or plant – and join in as the PvZ part of the parade goes by. Barbie gets her own “The Barbie” dance
Barbie has her first music and dance video and now you can “Do ‘The Barbie’”! The music video was created to celebrate the launch of the new Barbie Fashionistas dolls. The dolls feature 12 points of movement and can do more than 100 poses. To show off the new moves, Barbie teamed up with famed choreographer JaQuel Knight who was the talent behind Beyonce’s “Single Ladies”. “It was really fun to work with Barbie and create a dance for her. Barbie is the biggest icon in life and I am so excited to have worked with her on her first music video,” said choreographer, JaQuel Knight. “I have had the privilege of working with celebs like Beyonce and Britney Spears, and I am thrilled to add another B to the roster!” The music video was shot in New York in July and stars three Barbie Fashionistas dolls – “Sassy”, “Cutie”,

Flower Power: Toyota’s Prius’ launch campaign.
How to you promote your brand new eco-friendly car? Well my combining three of our favoritate things: Wifi, Eco-friendly solar Power and free electioneer for your gadgets! Toyota is placing 18 foot tall solar flowers in a few major cities around the US in order to promote the 2010 Prius. What Toyota is trying to promote is the Prius theme of “Harmony between Man, Nature, and Machine.” by putting up a eco-friendly way to juice up your gadgets. The daisy shaped flowers stand 18 feet tall, and provide seating for up to ten people and by featuring laptop and cell phone recharging stations and access to free wireless internet service. For those who wish to try this out, Toyota has launched this campegin in Boston’s Prudential Plaza with sites to follow in New York, followed by Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Kids have fun at Nintendo Starfy launch
Nintendo held a Starfy launch event at Nintendo World in New York earlier today. Kids of all ages showed up and had a blast getting to know the Legendary Starfy. Emilie M and her daughter Starrlene had fun playing the game as moms and daughters tried out the new title. Kids also got to meet Starfy at the Nintendo World store. Nintendo has one more event coming up in New York for Wii Sports Resort.

Nintendo hosting two big events in NY
Nintendo is gearing up for two fun events in New York. First up is this Saturday, July 11 at their Nintendo World Store. Nintendo is celebrating the launch of The Legendary Starfy in the United States. Starfy himself will be available for pictures with fans and people can win Starfy prizes. On Thursday, July 23, Nintendo will be at Military Island/Times Square for their Wii Sports Resort launch event. Military Island will turn into an urban island getaway where visitors can take a mini “vacation” courtesy of Nintendo. It will be like you are in California on the beach. The event is from 9am – 3pm.
