Sony Online Entertainment has announced that Dire Covenant, the 12th expansion for their PoxNora franchise, is set to launch mid-November. This expansion will include four new encounters, 72 new runes, over 50 new abilities to learn, and the ability to raise your Avatar’s level to level 40.
