    Tweet Mystery

A murder has come to twitter. Tweet Mystery is a murder mystery being tweeted by several authors each controlling a character or two to complete the story. You can keep track of the characters, and their authors at TweetMystery. The story started today, June 15th, and the authors will keep tweeting until the story is complete. You can follow the story through the #tmod hashtag, through the TweetMystery website, where there’s RSS feeds and daily digests to subscribe to, or find the authors and their character accounts and follow them to keep up-to-date. This is a pretty cool storytelling method, are there any other social media stories you’re following? Chicks Who Click Conference

May 15th and 16th here in Kansas City was the Chicks Who Click Conference, a meeting of women interested or employed in Social Media.  Friday night, despite the rain, many of the attendees met for drinks and discussion at The Grandfalloon at the Plaza.  For me, it was an interesting evening of discovering a whole group of women in Social Media that work for the same company I do. Summer Mashable Tour 2008

Mashable is going on the road this summer. Their Los Angeles stop is coming up on July 18th, and you can buy tickets to it now. Why would you want to go? Mashable’s Pete Cashmore and Karen Hartline will be there as will Girls in Tech and possible celebs!! For me, I’m really excited to meet the women that are a part of Girls in Tech. It’s a group mostly in Northern California, that I can tell, that holds discussions and interviews with other women that work in the tech fields. The events also help people to network. I’m hoping I can convince them to start a LA chapter. lol You can go here to buy a ticket. Tickets are going very fast, so even though the event is in July, make sure you buy your ticket today. The event is the Friday after E3, so if you attend, let
