That’s enough to actually cover something to go with it! (Extra controllers are $49.99, so if you’re not counting sales tax, they totally qualify.)

No clue when this offer expires, but Target’s weekly ad does note that there are limited GiftCard quantities available with no rain checks, so you might want to head on over and be sure to pick one up if you’ve been meaning to get a 360.

Working on your weight loss-related New Year’s Resolution? Given up already? Well, if you are, or you have, Target and Nintendo have quite the deal for you (assuming you live in the right place).

On weekends from Jan. 16-31, select Target stores will have the “Wii Fit Plus Experience” set up in the parking lot or entrance of the store. The “Experience” will feature eight Wii Fit Plus kiosks, where people can try out the game in a environment that will supposedly be like a yoga studio. (I’m kind of curious as to how they accomplish that feat, because I have never been to Target and thought, “Yeah, I’m gonna do yoga here!” And I love yoga.)

Not only that, but ambassadors representing Target and Nintendo will be handing out healthy snacks from Target’s Archer Farms brand.

The biggest thing, however, is that visitors who complete the Wii Fit Plus demo will receive a $15 Target GiftCard (while supplies last, of course — what, do you expect Target to hand out free cash all day?). That, coupled with the $19.99 MSRP for the Wii Fit Plus disc will make it easy for people who own the original disc to upgrade (the balance board and disc bundle is $99.99).

The following Target stores are scheduled to participate in the Wii Fit Plus Experience:

Jan. 16-17
2705 Teller Road
Thousand Oaks, CA 91320

3201 Preston Rd

1525 Market Place Blvd.

Target sent over an early look at their sales for next week. Why? Because it’s all about games and gadgets which are two things we love here at GA.

For the week beginning November 1,2009 Target shoppes can get one Wii game free when they purchase two Wii Games for $49.99. On November 3, Target will offer a free $20 gift card with the purchase of any new Band Hero Bundle which sells for $199.99.

Various amounts of Target giftcards can be earned when shoppers pick up the latest in gadgets. Here are the cost saving details: Free $20 Target GiftCard with Flip Ultra pocket camcorder ($149.99), $25 Target GiftCard with Apple 32GB iPod Touch ($295), $10 Target GiftCard with 8GB iPod Nano ($145) and $5 Target GiftCard with 2GB iPod Shuffle ($55).

Remember with these savings, it’s nice to stock up for the holidays, but it never hurts to get a gift for yourself!

Target must have enjoyed being at E for All and has decided to have a lounge at E3. From June 2-4, Target will host an interactive Bullseye Lounge where tired journalists can relax while Target showcases more video game titles from their partners.

“Time and time again, the Electronic Entertainment Expo has proved to be the epicenter of the video game world,” said Mark Schindele, senior vice president, Target. “Events like E3 allow us to collaborate with our publishing partners to highlight key titles as well as get a look at the best video game products for the future.”

There will be snacks from Archer farms as well. No word on wireless though which would be the actual useful part.
