New ‘Mass Effect 3′ trailer shows off multiplayer
“One way or another, this war ends today.” Today, we got a great look at Mass Effect 3‘s multiplayer via a brand-new trailer both highlighting the mode and the races and classes you’ll be able to play. Not only that, but BioWare’s blog provided a great post, titled “So Your Friend Is a Vanguard,” to accompany the video. It goes over the sorts of steps you’ve got to take when it comes to playing with a friend who is a little more…overzealous when it comes to the multiplayer. But first, check out the trailer to get your first real peek at what looks like a ton of fun.

Capcom confirms ‘Resident Evil 6′ for November release
Capcom announced just this afternoon that Resident Evil 6 development is in full swing — and they’ve already picked a release date, to boot! On November 20 of this year, the game will be released for Xbox 360 and PS3, with a PC version to follow. Here’s Capcom’s summary: It has been ten years since the Raccoon City incident and the President of the United States has decided to reveal the truth behind what took place in the belief that it will curb the current resurgence in bioterrorist activity. Due to be by the President’s side is his personal friend and Raccoon City survivor, Leon S. ‘Sorcery’ is back with a new trailer
Remember Sorcery? It was a personal highlight of Sony’s E3 2010 press conference, and my reason for buying PlayStation Move. Except for the fact that the game kind of disappeared after that event. But now, thankfully, the game is back as of a couple of months ago. In this trailer, you can get a glimpse inside what Santa Monica Studios have done with this title over the past year and a half. Still looks good to me, but what do you think?

Meet Swan in this trailer for ‘Lollipop Chainsaw’
Remember high school? Everyone had their cliques, their associations. You know where you sat for lunch. Yeah, that was your group. San Romero High is no different. Meet Swan. He wants to take over the world as a bit of revenge on those who chose to ridicule him and put him down. Unfortunately for him, there’s Juliet. And she…well, doesn’t really want that to happen. Sorry, guy. Watch this trailer to learn a little more about the goth that wants world domination.

Winter is coming in this trailer for ‘Game of Thrones’
Winter may already be here. Last night, Atlus released a trailer for Game of Thrones, the video game adaptation of the television adaptation of the series of books by George R.R. Martin (phew). Appropriately titled “Winter,” and released close to the Winter Solstice, this trailer will take you back to Westeros once more. The game is scheduled for release in early 2012.

‘BioShock Infinite’ had a trailer at the VGAs, too
We’d already been teased about a BioShock Infinite trailer at the Spike Video Game Awards on Saturday night, but now we get to see the actual thing. It’s hymn-notic. Yep, that bad pun there is in reference to the song used for the duration of the trailer, “Let the Circle Be Unbroken,” as sung by Elizabeth’s voice actress, Courtnee Draper. They probably used it because it talks about “a better home awaiting in the sky.” That home, in this case…well, it doesn’t look like things are going too well, from a few of the vignettes this trailer gives us. Take a look:

Konami debuts ‘Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance’ trailer
Characters from other Metal Gear Solid games are about to get a new lease on life in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, developed by Platinum Games for Konami as part of a special partnership. The game will be available for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Raiden from Metal Gear Solid 4 is back — as the main character — and the game’s taken on an action bent. That’s incredibly evident if you check out the trailer, which debuted on Saturday night at the Spike VGAs.

You want more ‘BioShock Infinite’? Fine, you get a picture
In what is an announcement of an announcement if I’ve ever heard one, Irrational Games released the above image to announce the debut of a brand-new BioShock Infinite trailer during the Spike VGAs on Saturday evening (at 5 PT/8 ET). So, watch the VGAs, get another peek at what’s going on on the Columbia. It’s a trade-off, if you’re not already into what the “awards show” has to offer. If you are, however, you definitely want to keep an eye on us over here at GA…we’ll have a little something special going on, it seems…

Watch the launch trailer ‘Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception’
Okay, okay. It’s not November 1 yet. So technically, this launch trailer for Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception shouldn’t be around yet. But here it is, nonetheless, mostly because it’s already debuted at some AMC Theatres. It is, as things are these days, made entirely from in-game footage. Take a peek:
