Goblins and Worgen as new playable races?

Thanks to some data-miners, it was discovered a couple weeks back that there may be some new races heading our way in the next WoW expansion. Based on the discovery of Goblin and Worgen looking Halloween masks, speculation has arose about these being new races to play. One of the blues I believe has said in response to people asking about a new race for the next expansion that they would want to “pre-seed” a new race, or basically using a race that’s already in the game instead of coming up with an entirely new race like they did with the Draenei. Now I’m a bit skeptical. MMOChampion has posted their own screen shot of these new Halloween masks, along with others: Naga, Murloc, Vrykul and Orgre.
