Today Microsoft announced the Xbox One. The newest console for home entertainment. The Kinect features will allow Dead Space players to use simple voice commands to play. Dead Space 3 featuring Kinect will make it easier for co-op partners to give each other health or ammo, find objectives, revive one another and other tasks. “The voice commands in Dead Space 3 give players a unique way to take down the terror, whether they choose to face the Necromorphs alone in single-player, or alongside a friend with drop-in / drop-out co-op,” said Steve Papoutsis, Executive Producer on Dead Space 3 and VP, General Manager of Visceral Games. “Dead Space 3 delivers the action-horror experience our fans have come to know and love. And with the ability to survive the adventure alone, with a friend, or with Kinect, we’re excited about extending the

‘Crysis 3′ will be available next spring

Crytek and EA’s Crysis 3 was super-officially announced today for a spring 2013 release. In it, you’ll play as “Prophet,” who discovers that New York City’s been covered with…well, a giant dome. (All I can think here is “Simpsons did it!”) But, unlike The Simpsons, this dome has turned NYC into an actual rainforest with rivers, swamps and huge trees. Basically, it’s nothing like the NYC we know now, and you’ll need special weapons like a composite bow and special alien technology just to stay alive. Because it’s literally a jungle out there. “Crysis 3 is a thrilling mix of sandbox gameplay, advanced combat and hi-tech human and alien weaponry that shooter fans will love,” said Cevat Yerli, Chief Executive Officer of Crytek. “Leveraging the latest CryENGINE technology, we’re able to deliver seven unique themes that offer stunning and visually loaded gameplay experiences. We cannot wait until people get their hands on the game.”
